General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood pressure of 100/62 mm/Hg is not rising in blood pressure, its hypotension (fall in blood pressure below normal range). First of all, I want to know about which medications you are for your heart disease. Do you take medications for high blood pressure right now? Are you on any other medications?

In your scenario, if you are on antihypertensive medications, then a dose of them should be reduced. The second thing to consult your cardiovascular surgeon to whom you consulted after your surgery. He will investigate any problems related to the heart.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
