General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Prostatic cancer treatment should be continued. Usually, the sugar level should not increase after injection shots. but it may increase due to anxiety or stress. You should switch to injectable insulin instead of metformin and glipizide. Also, eat enough dietary fibre in the diet. Avoid eating sweets.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
