Endocrinologist 's  Response
Brief answer:This is due progressive nature of the disease

Detailed answer:

Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In hypothyroidism there is a chance that your thyroid function decreases with time and you have to increase your thyronorm dose.
If I were your treating physician I would have increased your thyronorm dose to 50 mcg and followed you up after 1 month with thyroid function tests.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
