Please type your query here... hello, i am 34fem. my normal hr in the mornings before i get out of bed is in 60 s . but after breakfast it sometimes shoots up to 100-125 just walking about the house doing chores. at night it calms down again. pls not this happens the last few days that i haven t been able to exercise (i used to walk 30 mins everyday ).should i be worried.
HI ,Thanks for using HCM I understand your concern. Heart rate does increase after exercise . it is not abnormal. But in your case it is going little higher then it should go per household job.It can be managed by regular exercises. Avoid drinks which contains caffeine, Smoking and Alcohol. it is also caused due to anemia. If it does not improve you need a cardiac profile done. Good Luck.
Hello, it is quite normal to have an elevated heart rate after eating. This happens because blood gets diverted to your guts (which will be active once you have eaten). this is all very normal and there is nothing to worry about. keep doing your exercises as you usually do Best regards
