What Causes Ringing Noise In Ear?

i have a ringing noise in my left year, at times it hurts but not that bad. sometimes my tonsils on my left side will hurt when i do feel the ear pain. but the only time that i do hear this long ringing noise is when im in a quite place, my right ear is fine and i dont get the ringing noise on my rite side at all, butt i dont want it to happen to my rite year. is it possible? and i also got a throat infection like three or four days after i started experiencing this. i also swim in public pools, but with no earplugs. can it be possible for bacteria to have gotten in my ear? could it be ear wax? or is it something much worse? im not that old either, im in my teens. what could it be??

Hi,

Have you got any associated nausea and vomiting and describe the type of headache (throbbing, stabbing)? If any do consult ENT specialist nearby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
