General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to tinnitus. It can be related to many medical conditions such as long blood pressure, exposure to loud noise etc. I recommend to avoid loud noises. I also recommend to check the blood pressure to exclude high blood pressure.
No treatment is required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
