What Causes Ringing In Ears, Tunnel Vision And Black Outs?

When I stand up, I begin to get ringing in my ears, then my hearing slowly fades out. I then get tunnel vision and black out for approx 10 seconds. More recently, I have been getting tingling from my finger tips to my lips and tongue which are more strongly felt on the right side than the left. What could be happening?
