What Causes Right Testicular Pain And Yellow Semen Discharge?
Hi I have been having right testicular pain for months now and I m seeing the urologist now but my sperm has become yellow, I have been having problems urinating but only when I first start to urinate. Could that be a underlying prostate issue that they are missing? I am only 28 yrs old

Your symptoms suggest towards infection somewhere in uro genital tract.
It can be prostatic infection or seminal vesicle infection. I suggest you investigate with USG testes and pelvis for primary work up. Urine and semen culture also should be done to choose antibiotic accordingly.
