What Causes Right Sided Pelvic Pain While Having Endometriosis?

I have endometriosis.I sometimes have pain in my right ivary. Last week the pain was stabbing and constant for about 3 days. I went to er and had ct scan and ultrasound and blood wkrk. All came back fine. They said they don t what is causing the pain. Now the pain is starting again.

Hello Dear. In endometriosis there will be some pain generally during menses. You can take go to your doctor who will generally give you Tab Mepthal spas which can be taken thrice a day. Since the ultrasound and CT scan reports are normal, i dont think there is anything to be worried about. Just treat it like a normal menses pain.
