What Causes Right Sided Numbness In The Face?

Hi, i have right side numbness in my face, and pain in my neck. My shoulder has a lot of pain, but i have psoriatic arthritis that sometimes causes that pain. I am on 10mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure. I am a 45 year old, moderately active female. I work full time and have 3 children. I also have an AVM in my head. I have has 2 cerebral angiograms to monitor. Last one was over 18 months ago.

If the numbness is in episodes and is unilateral around eyes to jaw then that could be some neurological pain.

This numbness if associated with pain and is in episodes then Trigeminal neuralgia could be a possibility. Please visit a neurologist for evaluation and opinion.
