What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...

I have been getting a bad ache under my right rib and between right hip for about 3 years now. It sometimes aches worse when I empty my bladder. I have frequent migranes that hurt at the back of my skull and spine and I always feel very nauseous when one is about to come on. I have other symptoms also. Do u have any idea what it could be. I have had an ultrasound, and small bowel follow through.
