What Causes Ridges On The Finger And Toe Nails?
I am hypothyroid, for the last year my levels have been up & down. I takes b-12 shot once a month, I take iron I was anemic. I am overweight. I had a gastric sleeved one 3 1/2 yrs. ago. I lost 80# but the last year and half I have gained back 30 #. My fingernails & toenails are rough and have ridges all over them. Theylook and feel weird. They have been lime this for about a year.
