What Causes Rib Pain And Tenderness In A Patient With Celiac Disease?

I am just wondering if I should be concerned about feeling as though my lower left ribs are very bruised and sore to the touch (the lowest two or three). I've noticed this area is always a bit tender and the severity tends to come and go - at the moment when I lightly push on the area, bend a certain way or put a bra on it feels as though I have a bad bruise or have taken a blow to the ribs, but I have had no such injuries. Bit strange, not sure whether to see the doctor or not. I am a 29 yo female with celiac disease, so I sometimes have digestive wobbles but otherwise healthy. Would appreciate your advice, thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Madam, thank you for your consultation.having gone through your case history carefully it seems that either you have a muscular pain or bony tenderness due to which you are feeling extreme pain. one thing you should do is go for a X-Ray of lower rib area to know if there is any pathology in any of your ribs.take Paracetamol 500mg to relieve the pain.if there is no bony problem in that area then see your GP for a complete clinical examination and relevent investigations.I sincerely believe my suggestion will help you i this condition.my best wishes to you.thank you.
