What Causes Restlessness, Kicking And Movements During Sleep?

I am very tired all the time and want to sleep, when I do sleep my husband tells me I am restless and yell out and move and kick a lot. I have lots of dreams that I remember and can recall and tell you them in the morning. I have a job and have to get up at 5:30am and some morning I call out sick because I can't get out of bed, I do this too much and I am starting to worry about my job.

Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

The restlessness and kicking movements in sleep could be the symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome or due to Myoclonic Jerks. Poor sleep and restlessness is causing her feelings of non refreshing sleep in morning.

In a lot of individuals there is associated nutritional deficiency in RLS like iron deficiency, Vitamin B12 and E deficiency.

Supplements containing iron, Vitamin B12,E have good results. If condition persist then consult a psychiatrist for treatment. Medicines like Pramipaxol have proven results in restless leg syndrome.

Thanks
