What Causes Restless Leg Syndrome In Hands?

I am a 35 year old female. I am in good shape and I teach gymnastics and am a full time student majoring in sports law...so lots of writing. I also was a hair stylist for 10 years. I haven t had this problem in a year or so but it is really bad right now. Its exactly like restless leg syndrome but it is in my arms and it is driving me crazy. I can t sleep...what can I do? Any suggestions is appreciated.

it can be neurological problemdue to prolong standing or related to gymnastic. you can take neurobion forte tablet daily. take some analgesic. can gofor ngeneral checkup. complete blood examination.
