General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Respiratory infections are caused by common colds that are usually caused by seasonal viruses.
Pollen allergy attacks suggest that you are allergic to pollen.

In order to find the cause of swollen glands and to check your health condition, you need the following examinations:
1. Mantoux test.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Leukocute count.
4. Urine test.
5. Allergy test.

Contact your allergist to discuss about the treatment.

Ask me for anything unclear.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
