What Causes Regular Menses With Positive Pregnancy?
Hi, I m 18 and wanting to get pregnant. I found out that I was almost 2 months without a period. I went to a free clinic and took a pregnancy test. The lady that gave me the test said it was a faint positive, so she gave me one daily vitamins for women. I took one everyday for 5 days, now I have my period. Why did I get my period? I thought the vitamins were supposed to help me stay healthy.

i think again you confirm your pregnancy with urine test or by sonography...
this can be your normal period or it may be due to abortion (if you were pregnant)
