What Causes Regular Bed-wetting?

My son Dhruv is 4years,5months oldHe was born with a normal delivery. His hieght is 2 feet(approx)He always try to avoid food,shake and fruits.he passes urine in bed both at day and night time.whenever he passes urine in toilet,a large number of big ants occupy the whole toilet within 15 minutes but the same same problem is not with my 2yrs old daughter.pls tell me is there anything wrong with my son?what should I do?

Several children are worried about going to toilet and sitting there for some time because its strangeness. Children also fear that mother leaves them alone inside the toilet. Being with them, giving them toys to play, keeping toilet neat and clean, sticking pictures of cartoon characters could change the scenario.
