What Causes Reduction Of Beta Hcg Level?
I had a beta hcg test done at 7dp5dt and it was 61, had a repeat beta done at 9dp5dt and it was 145. Later that day I went to the ER for shortness of breath due to ohss and they did a beta and it came back at 139. What does this mean? Why was it lower than my other beta taken that morning?

Hello, at times there occurs hemodilution after OHSS treatment so just relax and wait for next levels as most likely it is a growing pregnancy
