My WBC was 11.2 a month ago. I had it checked again and now it's 13.6. My doctor says to check it again in a month, but I'm to stressed to wait and need to know what can be done to investigate the cause now?

I advise you to repeat COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT with PERIPHERAL BLOOD FILM examination to find out immature cells in your blood.
It help us to rule out any blood disorders associated with raised WBC such as Leukemia.
