What Causes Redness,itching Sensation And Skin Dryness On Groin Area?
My skin in the groin and adjoining areas, areas around the belly buttun and in the chest near the shoulders has become extremely red. There are red scaly patches and intense itching. I am using moiturisers and anti-inflammatory skin creams. I have also taken Fluconazole tabets 150 mg for 14 days and again 100 mg for further 14 days. Upper layer of the skin peels off but after some time this redness occurs again causing lot of burning sensation and intense itching. Sometimes there is also drainage (fluid) from the affected areas spoiling my garments.

You need to apply Triamcinolone ointment 0.1 % on the area PLUS apply Hydrozole+Clotrimazole ointment. Take Claritin by mouth for the itch.
I also suggest you to go for a Dermatologist for evaluation and skin biopsy of the scrapings to see if there is some other medication needed to be added. Keratolytics may also be needed then.
