Hi i have had redness above my penis head it looks like small red bumps i went to my primary doctor n urology dic they both said it was irratation frim laundry detergent n prescribed a antifungal cream nystine 30 mik gram redness still there any suggestions

It could be due to minor eczema or dermatitis. As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief.
If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
