What Causes Redness Penis Tip After Having Oral Sex?
Within the past month after my wife (of 26 years) gives me oral sex, I get a redness on the tip of my penis. It clears up after a few days, but when she does it again it happens again. It does not happend during normal sex. It does not appear to be spreading, and does not hurt.

It could be simply because of mild injury or irritation during oral sex.
There can be redness due to inflammation during oral sex.
It disappear after sometime in your case.
