What Causes Redness In Eyes?

i hit my head twice in the past 3 months and yesterday after running 1000 meters, my head felt like it was going to blow up and it felt like all the blood was rushing to my head and i looked in a mirror shortly after and my eyes were very red and blood shot. whats the problem?

You need your general examination done including TakingBPblood hemogram. Any abnormality detected should be treated. for your problem hypertension may be the cause.
