What causes redness in eyes?

hello sir, i have a few red vines on the white of my eyes since yesterday till now when i've used my contact lenses for 16 hrs.. and red that circling by eyeballs.. what does it mean is it an infection dew to ecxcessive use of contact lenses..please..what should i do to rid all these red vines ???

you have used contact lens for then advised. must have caused dry eye which can give rise to such things. now you should remove contact lens and put on your specs.apply artificial tear drop 3times observe for improve ment.
