What Causes Redness Along With Watering In Eyes?

I was using Eskinol earlier this morning and a little went in my right eye. I tried washing it out but my eye just turned a little red at the infected area. Then later I fell asleep with my contacts and when I woke up my right eye is all red and still burning and watery. It hurts. What should I do to get rid of the redness and the pain?

The symptoms mentioned in your history are clearly suggestive of conjunctivitis. For this you have to take some antibiotic like cap ampoxin 500 mg thrice daily or tab Ciprobid 500 mg twice daily after meals with tab combiflam or tab ibugesic-plus thrice daily after meals for pain and redness with tab rantac or tab famotid twice daily empty stomach. Use ciplox or gatiflox eye drops 2 drops four to five times daily in both eyes. Don't rinse your eyes with water otherwise the infection will spread.
