What Causes Reddening Of Eyes After Cataract Surgery?

HI, Last year My Mom had Cataract , that's why her Eyes got operated and she has an artificial lenses.
sometimes her Eye gets Very Red.
and it happens quite Often .. Either one of the Eye Gets red and the redness goes away after some time ( a Day Normally ) . can you please tell me why is that happening, she is also a patient Of BP and taking BP control tablet every day.
