What Causes Reddened Bumps On Penis And Scrotum?

Hi, for the past week I have had a patch of shiny red skin with verry verry small bumps on my penis and on my scrotum now. It had spred to my scrotum now. It isn t in pain, it s not blistering, there s no broken skin. It all started with small bumbs on the side of my penis but I stated to put anti itch cream on it with a little but of gold bond. Then my girl freind said it might be jocks itch so I am just now putting lamisil spray on the infected area. I have been haveing a lot of sex with my girl freind, up to 4 times a day. And have been haveing oral sex all unprotected. She is now pregnant, but she has none of these symptoms that I am haveing. I also tried takeing some amoxicillin for 3 days ( two 500 mg a day pills ) but that did not help. They were my old ones from a while back. If I can please get an answer back as soon as possible that would be great!
