What Causes Red Spots On The Torso And Persistent Cough In A Child?
Hi! My 4 year old son has developed red spots all over his torso and sides today. He said they do not bother him at all. He did come home from Pre-k on Thursday because he got sick, and he hasn t had much of an appetite since then. He does has a pretty persistent cough though! Suggestion???

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief.
