Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the red spots on the skin which are recurring after reducing the dose of wysolone. After analyzing the query I can make out that you are a case of steroid responder who basically responds to increased dose of steroids.

In your kind of cases I generally prefer to give either certain immunomodulator drugs or give antihistamines to balance the effect of steroids. You can take further guidance from a treating doctor.
All the best.
