What Causes Red Spots On The Neck And Stomach After Taking Septra DS?

I took Septra DS tonight prescribed for a UTI. I have a big red spot on my neck and one on the side of my stomach. I had the same when I took buspironr. I am guessing I am allergic? Do I need to be concerned tonight? The red spot is the size of a 50 cent piece

hi sir/mam,it’s really appreciable that you have noticed some spots now as well as earlier.ya it might be an allergic reaction,less severe.please report this to the treating physician such that he can change the medicine.you can have chlorpheniramine maleate tablet to treat rash and allergy.tab.atarax 10mg also helps a lot.
caution:the above mentioned medications may cause dizziness so to be taken before sleep at night and also activities like driving to be avoided the next day.hope my clarification helps you to get rid of the above symptoms.any other medical issues to be dealt with are always welcome.thank you.take care.bye.
