What Causes Red Spots On Penis Shaft Skin?

I have little red spots on my penis shaft on the skin, there s about 15 total, they won t go away I ve had them for over a year now. I ve tried penaten and aloe Vera creams but they never healed, I drank apple cider vinegar in water multiple times a day thinking it was a yeast infection but it wasn t, I think it may be friction burns as where in my arm pit I have the same patch but a lot bigger

Hello,

It could be a superficial bacterial infection. We have to rule out other conditions like STD also. As a first line management you can apply topical anti-fungal like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief. If lesion persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
