What Causes Red Spots On Legs, Feet And Ankles Area?
I have lots of red spots on my legs, feet and ankle area. I was working in the yard Saturday, and lots of spiders were around but I had on long pants and closed sneakers with socks on. My feet seem to be swelling up a little, not much. No pain or discomfort or itching.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to insect bite reaction. Taking anti histamines like cetirizine and calamine lotion for local application will be helpful for this. Tetanus prophylaxis should be taken also. If there is no improvement then corticosteroids might be required. Local hydrocortisone cream will be helpful in such case.
