What Causes Red Spots On Legs After Drinking?

everytime I drink, the next morning I find red spots on my legs and thighs. Only thing is I have been drinking alcohol a few years now but this reaction only started in March this year. They spots are flat and there s no pain or itch to it. after a few days, they start to fade. but they come back everytime I drink alcohol.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months.
2. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine 1 hour before drinking alcohol.
3. Other treatment options are oral hydroxyzine, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
