Hi. Thanks for the query.. Red spots on inner cheeks can be due to causes like allergic reaction, side effects of medications, traumatic injury, burning with hot foods etc.. Certain habits like cheek biting, tobacco chewing, smoking, reverse smoking etc can also cause red spots inside mouth and cheeks.. Inflammation of sebaceous glads can also be a cause.. If the spots are present for more than a month and does not show any signs of improvement then you should consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a biopsy of the spots can be done for confirmation.. You should also consult your Physician and get evaluated so that he if it is the side effect of medication then the dose can be titrated or drug can be changed..
