What Causes Red Spots In Mouth And Fever To A 13 Month Baby?
hi my son is 13months old and has red spots around his mouth and inside his lip. high temperature for over 24 hours but hands and feet are cold? he also had his mmr injection last week and wondering could this be related to that or what else could it be?

hi your child is having ulcers due to viral infection and resulting in fever.Sometimes Measles vaccine may result in fever 7-10 days later.Give him plenty of fluids, paracetamol drops and zytee gel for ulcers.
