What Causes Red Spot Next To Iris?
I have a red spot next to my iris and it feels like there is something stuck in my eye. I started feeling this a few days ago when we were in california and i though that I had gotten a piece of sand in my eye and that it would go away. We tried eyewash eydrops and even making me cry. It is not getting better. And the red spit just showed up today. Should i be worried that there is something more in my eye?

The red spot on the white part of the eye can be because of subconjunctival hemorrhage or because if congested blood vessel. If you are not having pain then no need to worry. However I advice for confirmation of diagnosis by examination by a eye doctor.
