What Causes Red Spot Inside Urethra?
hello, my girlfriend (I am a Male) has a UTI about 1-2 weeks ago and we had sex this past sunday... This morning I went to urinate and it stung when i did. I have not had frequent urination s (only urinated 2-3 times today), little to no abdominal pain, no discharge, and no bloody urine. I did notice a very small (looks like a paper cut) red spot inside of my urethra. What could it be?

This red spots over urethra is actually on glans penis what you are talking about.
It might occur through blood borne but here in your case it was treated before 2 weeks.
This red spot could be small hematoma,mild ulcer or cut as a result of sexual intercourse.
It will subside within few days by itself or you can apply antiseptic ointment or cream over glans penis or take oral antibiotics for 3 days short course.
If problem persists then consult surgeon.
