Hi I m not quite sure when i noticed them but I have these raised, large red sores on my arms. When opened, the sores secrete a clear, sticky liquid that dries quickly. There is minimal to no bleeding when sores are opened. I m not sure what they are, I have been cleaning them with hydrogen peroxide and neosporin daily and covering them with bandaids but they do not appear to be getting better. Please help!!
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your case history of red sores, my treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like Fusiderm-B cream twice daily on it. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
