What Causes Red Rashes Under The Armpits?
My son has a severe rash under his armpits its so bad that he cant even take is own shirt off. Extremely red and irritated we have lotrimin cream bt it hurts to even touch it to put the cream on. His step mother is an emergency room doctor and thinks its fungal. Any ideas its killing him? r

It cone due to conditions like folliculitis. Apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and start on antibiotics.
