What Causes Red Rashes On The Palms Along With Swelling In The Wrists?

last night the palm of my hand had a spot come up, like a bug bite, and then a reddish purple circle starting forming. Now both wrists & hands are swollen & tight. I have some welp marks on my wrist. The same redness (in a circular form) has come up on the top of my left foot. Could this be from a bug bite? What should I do?

it can be contact dermatitis take care when you are touching different article.take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg in morning and apply caladryl lotion it can be inflamatory reaction or reaction to drug. renal function test and complete hemogram should be done and consult general physician.
