What Causes Red Rashes On The Arms?
I have been getting these red patches on my arms that look like blood under the skin. I just scraped my arm and I have a line of blood but the skin is not broken. What can this be and what causes it? Sometimes, they just appear even when I don t bump or scrape anything.
