What Causes Red Rashes On Arms And Legs Along With Blood In Urine?

Female, 29, smoker On Thanksgiving I noticed a small, palpable, approximately quarter sized lump in my stomach. My doctor ordered an ultrasound, which was inconclusive, so a CT scan was ordered. The CT scan revealed my liver and spleen are enlarged, and suggested the lump was a residual or resolving hematoma. This is the second hematoma I ve developed in the last six months. The first appeared in my face while having some dental work done. I ve had loose stool for months, and more recently I ve developed small, pinpoint red dots on my arms and legs, and I ve noticed blood in my urine. There have also been some changes in my vision and I seem to have difficulty eating without choking. What is going on with me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, without the history of injury if this is the formation of hematoma then it is the matter of concern, second blood disorder also demands the attention here, in my opinion routine blood test is first need to be done then specific test can be asked hope this information helps.
