What Causes Red Rash On The Back Spreading Towards The Ribcage?

red rash around rib cage and back , started at the back and slowly moved to the front all in the ribcage region initially of small size now is merged into a big patch. no itching only pain when touched also now observed watery bubbles . it grew within 4 days from rightback to right front in the ribcage area

I read you question and know about your concern
it seems that you got viral infection that is called shingles
its very painful
so if i would be your doctor I would suggest oral and topical antivirals and ibuprofen/acetaminophen for pain and also some local anaesthetics
better to go to ER near by you to get opinion with your doctor and get treatment
