What Causes Red Prominent Veins On The Testicles Along With Pain?
My boyfriend has had pain in his groin for a long time, he also has a lump in his back that hurts but gets some relief when pushed in. One of his testicles has red raised veins on it at times which causes pain. He says it feels like the other one is being pushed up. He also gets back pain before going to the toilet. The symptoms have changed over the months but I think they are related

I really appreciate your concern, it could be some muscular condition spasm could be the reason and it might not be anything else unless proved something clinically till then it can be tried with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day hope this information helps.
