What Causes Red Line Around Lips Which Peels And Oozes Clear Fluid?
My daughter has a distinct red line around her lips. more so in the corners. and they are peeling. looked up Cheilitis and even though that is the closest thing to it, no one mentions the clear fluid that is a constant drip. Concerned about the constant oozing. is this part of cheilitis ?

Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having Angular stomatitis giving this problem.
Due to not getting enough rest on the part due to talking, chewing and passing saliva, healing is always delayed or not allowing healing of the local wound.
Give her one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Give her vitamin B.complex, folic acid for some time.
Apply antibiotic cream or Gention violet.
Ok and take care.
