What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On The Armpit?

swelling and tender under my arm- originally was dark red and itchy so I changed deodorants. thought maybe it was a reaction. Also thought maybe ingrown hair, had waxing done. now enlarged area, deep, not like a pimple- recently diagnosed with episcleritis (was told could be from systemic autoimmune) worried could they be related? taking advil for armpit pain- VERY uncomfortable jfitzpa

It can be due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching or rashes. Apply clonet lotion or clo-trimazole cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
