What Causes Red Irritation Along Perineum And Anus?
Hello. My boyfriend is a 22 year old male, in good physical health. This morning he has awoken with a very bright red irritation along his perineum, and down and around his anus. There also seems to be some small raises in the skin, much like a dermatological issue. It is painful, unless it is scratched in which case he feels some relief. Do you have any idea as to what this could be?

it seems like a condact dematitis/allergic condition...had he used a brand new underwer/talcum/other articles?you can use betnoate ointment for local aplcn along with levocetirezin 5 mg at night for 5 days...and avoid the allergrn if identified
