What Causes Red Foreskin With White Discharge On Penis?

I have had a reoccurring problem with the skin on my penis. It was initially brought on during a time of stress in my life. My groin area aches. My foreskin is red and slightly inflamed and weeps clear fluid. I have been tested for STDs in the past and there is no chance this is an STD. I am not currently stressed, but the problem has returned. It has been on and off for ten years. I have been to doctors and they have given me creams to treat eczema, but this hasn t helped, some creams actually made it worse. What s going on?

If you have ruled out STDs, then it could be fungal infection. Are you diabetic? if yes, sugar control can also reduce this problem. Or it can be balanitis ie. Inflammation of the glans penis. You might need antibiotics for the same. Consult a dermatologist as it might require clinical examination and sample examination of the fluid.
