What Causes Red Facial Blotches After A Hot Shower?

My MRI of Cervical spine shows among other things canal narrowing, mild to moderate at C3-4 and moderate from C4-C6levels with mild deformity on the cord. Multilevel foraminal narrowing, moderate at C3-C4; ,moderate to severe and bilateral at C4-C5, C5-C6 levels. I have had constant pins and needles bilateral hands and intermittent pain both arms. What do you recommend for treatment?

As per your case history of red blotches, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
